Thomas Snyder

A native of Sinking Spring, PA, Thomas Snyder is a senior performance major at Penn State University. There, he studies with Dr. David Stambler and performs regularly with the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Saxophone Ensemble, and various chamber ensembles. In 2017, Mr. Snyder was named a co-winner of the Symphonic Wind Ensemble Concerto Competition and performed André Waignein’s Rhapsody for Alto Saxophone with the Symphonic Wind Ensemble. Other highlights include receiving the 2018 Atherton Memorial Music award and being named Honorable Mention of the 2018-2019 Philharmonic Concerto Competition.
